Company Policy

The company has adopted a quality control system having deemed it essential for company management.

The market sectors in which the company operates – fashion, furnishing accessories and automotive – require special skills as well as a robust and efficient organisational capability structured to deal with risks and opportunities.

The company is also fully dedicated to respecting the environment, participating in social causes and safeguarding worker safety by means of the following commitments:

  • To apply and maintain prevention of environmental pollution and prevention of work-related risks and illnesses, by means of an efficient and well-planned use of human, technological and material resources, in a process of continuous improvement of business management;
  • To use equipment, plant systems and resources in order to produce what is requested in compliance with current laws and voluntary standards, relating to the environment, safety and accident prevention;
  • To reduce negative environmental impact, work-related accidents, injuries and illnesses;
  • To guarantee freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining;

  • To refrain from any type of discrimination based on race, class, national origin, religion, disability, sex, age, sexual orientation, trade union membership or political affiliation.

With regard to clients and stakeholders who have an interest in quality, the management intends to set precise objectives and commitments for the system.

All company processes are defined and regulated in an Improvement Plan containing indicators and measurement parameters for the following macro-objectives:

  • To seek full satisfaction of clients by providing products and services that correspond to their expectations and to the standards defined in the contract;
  • To obtain from the client motivated trust regarding the company’s capacity to deliver the specified level of quality and to maintain it over time;
  • To deliver and maintain quality and corporate objectives through the effective and planned use of human, technological and material resources, in a process of continuous improvement of business management;
  • To use plant systems and resources in order to produce what is requested in compliance with current hygiene laws relating to workplace, safety and prevention;
  • To work with personnel who are motivated, aware and trained in relation to the whole Company Management System;
  • To assess the requirements of all interested parties involved with the company’s activities and undertake to satisfy those requirements;
  • To guarantee business profitability thus providing access to funds required for continuous improvement and shareholder earnings

This commitment is the foundation for building an improvement plan based on objective factors that are measurable over time. It will be formally re-examined annually to ascertain the need for modification.

Every person, whose role is specified in the system documentation, is responsible for carrying out the requirements prescribed therein, within the area of his/her competence.

Any person with functions of responsibility as specified in the Management System may delegate the performance of such functions to the personnel answering to him/her, but may not delegate his/her responsibility.
